Want to lose body weight? Well, a lot of people like to make this out to be a complicated thing but it really isn't. Here are the steps to get it done:
1. Motivation
If you want to lose body weight, you need to have a strong enough reason why you want to get it done. If you don't have that burning desire to change your life, it just isn't going to happen, period. 2. Diet
Once you have enough motivation to actually take some action in your life, rather than just wanting to but then sitting around doing nothing, you can get to work on sorting out your diet. You need to start eating complex carbohydrates like oatmeal, brown bread, brown rice and beans and throw out all the simple carbs like white bread, pasta and sugar.
Additionally, for your protein, get a lot of chicken, turkey, fish and egg whites into your diet and add some nuts too for healthy fats. Each of your meals should have a nice balance of each of these, carbs, protein and fats.
3. Exercise
You also need to hit the gym and hit it hard, at least 4-5 times a week to see fast results. Make sure you lift heavy weights and then follow that up with 45 minutes of cardio each time if you want to lose body weight.
